Peter Armstrong is co-founder of the OneWorld Network and currently Innovations Director of OneWorld UK. Thanks to his innovative use of all forms of media and his powerful commitment to global justice, OneWorld has become cutting edge in harnessing ICTs to benefit people who need it most. A senior figure in British broadcasting and global new media, Peter Armstrong worked at the BBC for 20 years as a film-maker and head of department. The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) honoured him with their Lifetime Achievement Award for innovation in new media.
