Carlos Zorrinho
Carlos Zorrinho is the National Coordinator of the Lisbon Strategy and Technological Plan, since December of 2005.
Ex- coordinator of the Research Line on Organisational Viability has a broad political experience.
Member of the National Council of the Socialist Party was Vice-President of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, member of the Municipal Council of Évora, member of the Committee of Regions Member of the National Council for Education and member of the Inter-parliamentary Union.
Was Joint-Secretary of State of the Minister for Home Office of the XIV Constitutional Government and coordinator of the Proalentejo Programme – Programme for the Integrated Development of Alentejo (1997/1999).
